Description: A one part sealant that specially formulated that forms a surface skin while the body of the material remains soft non drying and flexible. It offers excellent adhesion to most material without the need of primer, outstanding durability, and paintable, excellent UV resistance for either interior or exterior.
Application: Ideal for general sealing application where weather resistance, sight movement and vibration needed. It is ideal for use on containers, roofs, window, external walling and door caulking etc. It exhibits excellent adhesion to metal, wood, glass, zinc, slate, ceramic etc. 
Description: A one part acetic cure silicone sealant that formulated for general purpose glazing and sealing application where long term reliability is required. It exhibits an excellent adhesion, resilience durability and UV resistance features for various types of indoor or outdoor application.
Application: Ideal for general glazing and sealing application such as glass, aluminum, concrete, masonry, wood brick, sheet metal, skylights, ventilator, air-conditioning system, marine industry, sanitary and joint in building
Description: A one component, paintable, permanent flexible, excellent UV resistance Acrylic Latex Sealant formulated for sealing of gaps and joints where slight movement of vibration causes conventional, non-elastic filler and putties to crack and fail out. It had good adhesion to most porous surface without primer and can be easily cleaned up with water.
Application: General glazing for windows, door frame, concrete, wood, plastic, glass, marble. Seal air draft around air conditioner for energy saving application.
